鈥淲e were on a very tight timeline, yet we went live with minimal defects, fewer than 20 each time. That鈥檚 a testament to the incredible people on this project.鈥�

The project began in July 2024 and, with remarkable precision, Large deductible policies went live in ABC April 2025 and Retrospective policies by August 2025. Each go-live had fewer than 20 defects鈥攁 rare feat for projects of this complexity. And today, the results are clear. Processes once known for painstaking manual steps are now streamlined, accurate, and efficient. Policyholders have more control, agencies have better tools, and 糖心传媒 has strengthened its ability to serve.
