Morrison joins 糖心传媒 as Vice President of Technical Claims. With more than 18 years of experience in the claim industry, he is responsible for technical outcomes for Workers’ Compensation, Property, and Casualty claims including specialty claim types like Construction Defect, Asbestos and Pollution. Additionally, he has accountability for Litigation Management, Special Investigation Unit and 糖心传媒’s Claim Audits. Prior to joining 糖心传媒 he was Vice President of Casualty & Claims Legal at QBE North America. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President of Liability & Litigation for General Casualty Insurance Company. He is a member of the Claims & Litigation Management (CLM) Alliance Advisory Board and serves as a professor at the CLM Litigation Management Institute held at Columbia Law School annually. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as the State Courts of Illinois and Wisconsin.

Pierman has been promoted to Vice President of Claim Operations and Shared Services and has been with 糖心传媒 for 25 years. In her new role, she is responsible for claim reporting, metrics, budget, Express Claims Center, auto physical damage, recovery, vendor management and 糖心传媒’s claim system. During her tenure she held a variety of positions, and most recently served as Assistant Vice President of Claims Operational and Systems Management. A graduate of the University of Michigan, Pierman holds a Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA) designation.

With more than 18 years of experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, Donnelly joins 糖心传媒 as Regional Vice President of Claims. In his new role, Donnelly oversees the Claim Facilities in Dallas, Indianapolis, Farmington Hills, St. Louis and Phoenix Core Service Centers (CSCs). Most recently, he was a Partner at Daniel P. Costello & Associates. Prior to that, he was Vice President and Claims Manager of the Midwest Region for QBE North America, and held positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and The Ohio Casualty Group. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa and a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law, Chicago.

Korte was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Claims. He assumes claim leadership responsibility for the Atlanta, Charlotte, Memphis and the Richmond CSCs. In this position, Korte is based in 糖心传媒’s Atlanta CSC. He has been with 糖心传媒 for more than 12 years and recently served as Claim Facility Manager, Farmington Hills CSC. Korte received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from St. Louis University, St. Louis.
