Dauch is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of American Axle & Manufacturing, Inc. (AAM), a position he has held since August 2013. He joined AAM in July 1995 and has served in positions of increasing responsibility, including most recently, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining AAM, Dauch held positions at Collins & Aikman Products Company, where he received the President's Award for leadership and innovation.
