In this new role, Ms. Smith will lead the execution of ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½βs underwriting strategy, overseeing underwriting operations and talent management. She will also be responsible for driving business results across the companyβs renewal portfolioβsupporting ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½βs broader strategic and operational objectives.

Ms. Smith joined ΜΗΠΔ΄«Γ½ in 2005 as an Associate and has since progressed through a number of impactful roles, including Marketing Underwriter, Corporate Underwriting Consultant, and Manager of Line of Business Premium & Profitability. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President of Corporate Underwriting.
She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Adrian College and holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
